Estate Planning For Forestry Owners workshop

An Estate Planning For Forestry Owners workshop will be hosted by the Walker County Soil and Water Conservation District on September 26, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Dr. Robert Tufts, Associate Professor, Forestry & Wildlife Sciences, Auburn University, will cover topics such as basic estate planning, gift & estate taxes and tax planning. Andy Baril, Regional Extension Agent, Forestry, Wildlife & Natural Resource Mgmt. with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System will cover forestry ethics. Funding for this workshop will be provided by a grant from the Bradley/Murphy Forestry & Natural Resources Extension Trust.
